I thought you would enjoy seeing this photo sent to me by JoAnne Shull. She originally made my little 10 inch quilt, Tess of the d'Urbervilles, found in my first book Vintage Patchwork. Then, JoAnne wanted to super size Tess to make a quilt for her daughter for Christmas. Notice the 10 inch mini Tess in the cute wire hanger and the big version on the chair....hubby hiding underneath ;-) JoAnne followed the directions in the book and used much larger Half Square Triangles. So fun! Thanks for sharing the photo with all of us, JoAnne. And a shout out to her LQS, Olde City Quilts, for the beautiful quilting on the lap size quilt.

Love what JoAnne did with your mini!! I bet her daughter loves it. And that is a very unique pattern Vicki made. Not my cup of tea but really enjoy seeing everyone's creativity.
