If you've ever thought about visiting Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, TN here's another reason you should! A Mountain Quiltfest is being held the week of June 6th in Pigeon Forge. I will be teaching classes there all week, there's a wonderful vendor market and huge quilt show. It's really a top notch quilt event, not to mention the wonderful location. After Mountain Quiltfest, I will no longer be traveling to teach workshops with the exception of quilting cruises. So, please consider attending this event....it really is so fun! You can find all the info about Mountain Quiltfest here.
My friend and fellow Marcus Fabrics designer, Paula Barnes and I will be teaching on a Stitchin' Heaven cruise next year. We love teaching on cruises, and if you've never been on a quilt cruise, you're missing a great time. We'd love for you to join us as we stitch our way through the Caribbean next May! Take a look at the quilt projects you would be making (above) and don't forget....the kits come pre-cut!!! So, you just sit yourself at a Bernina sewing machine and begin sewing right away. What a benefit to cruising with Stitchin' Heaven!
We have our classes the days we're at sea, and vacation the days we're in port. Don't wanna visit the ports? No problem....you can stay on the ship and sew, sew, sew as much as you'd like, even late into the night. Need a break during the day to get a little sunshine? Sure...come and go as you please.

My heartfelt thanks to everyone who downloaded the Remembering Betsy quilt pattern and who placed an order last weekend. I so appreciate it, and look forward to our sew-along, which begins Friday, May 27th.
In the meantime, keep your needle busy and your heart content!
Be well, my friends.
