Happy 4th to you Pam!
Hope you had a good one, Pam--and I hope your recovery is going well!!
You asked about Insta Pots. I cook in mine every chance I get. I even get requests now. I can take anything that fits meat wise and still frozen and get it done in about 35 minutes. I put in an onin and then the meat, baby or cut up carrots, some whole taters they get too done cut up. I mash them sort of on the plate while serving. I add a packet of gravy mix and about a cup or so of water. Tonight I cooked a whole pork roast and we are enjoying it right now. Kind of hot day and the pot did it all for me and quickly too and did not add any heat to kitchen. Good luck. Enjoy your insta pot for all it can do for you.
