Our Son the Firefighter!

Left to Right - Ryan's 1st day of Kindergarden, 1st day of 8th grade, High School Graduation day.

Yesterday, our son, Ryan, graduated the Fire Academy.  From an early age, he knew this is what he wanted to be.  He joined the Fire Cadets at the age of 15, and his sister, dad and I have lived and breathed the fire department along with him every day since then.

All I can say is that we're very proud of him....and where does the time go??

He'll be starting Paramedic school soon.  Be safe, Ryan.  Love, Mom.

  3. Hi Pam,

Congrats to Ryan, and to you and Dad, his parents. You've done a wonderful job! He has chosen a wonderful vocation. My sister is a volunteer firefighter and an EMT2. The stories she shares with me often just blow me away. These folks DO make a difference in the lives of others!! They are indeed very special folks! My hats off to them!

    Blessings,

    Karla
